A company owned by far-left Rep. Ilhan Omar’s husband received over half a million dollars in coronavirus bailout money. At the same time, Ilhan Omar’s campaign simultaneously paid her husband’s company millions of dollars. The NY Post reported that Ilhan Omar’s husband owns “a political consulting group” that “received nearly $635,000 in coronavirus funds.”
Tim Mynett’s company, E Street Group LLC, received “$134,800 this year as part of the Paycheck Protection Program.” E Street Group LLC “was also given $500,000 in Economic Injury Disaster loans.” On top of the loans given to struggling businesses during the pandemic, campaign finance filings show it received millions from Ilhan Omar’s campaign.
